Established under the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013, the Authority licenses, regulates, enforces regulatory and compliance requirements, monitors and supervises the conduct of business in the non-bank financial services sector.
The Authority oversees fiduciary services, insurance, capital markets and collective investment schemes, International Trade Zone activities, fintech, gambling, hire purchase and credit sales, and also administers registry responsibilities for international business entities.
