Established under the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013, the Authority licenses, regulates, monitors and supervises non-bank financial services and administers registry responsibilities in Seychelles.
The FSA oversees fiduciary services, insurance, capital markets and collective investment schemes, International Trade Zone activities, fintech, gambling, hire purchase and credit sales, while supporting public access to regulatory information.
